NY's State Legislature?? They are a pack of stooges !!! they are too busy lining their pockets with kickbacks to "see" anything. Same can be said for NJ.

unions have twisted the arm of the municapalities so much that we the peopel are being taxed to death....I pay 14k in property taxes a year, 9k of it to the schools , and i still have to send 'supplies' (to include toilet paper) in to school......why to you think people are FLEEING new york in droves???? because we are taxed to death by the robbing unions and their patrinage jobs
