Do you always need someone to hold your hand to connect the dots for you?

The DOT is NOT an Obama administration.. Lawsuits and the court system is NOT an Obama administration (especially since they were started BEFORE Obama even became president).

What EXACTLY did Obama and/or the administration have to do with this? It was a lawsuit that was filed against the DOT, a lawsuit that the DOT agreed to withdraw and renegotiate. The ONLY coorlation to this to any president is that Bush passed the "rule" but it doesnt take a president to remove a bill when, wait, let me quote the story.

U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C., to throw out the hours-of-service rule for the third time.

Obama administration is NOT the Court of appeals or even the DOT. Just adding "Obama administration" to the story does not mean Obama had anything to do with it..

News story: Obama administration helps chicken to cross the road. DOESNT MEAN its true..

Jeez, okay, I'll copy from the ombwatch article.
Early on, the Obama administration laid out its strategy
for reviewing regulations left over from the Bush administration.
On Jan. 20, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel issued a memo covering two categories of regulations:
those still in the pipeline (which were to be halted until Obama appointees were in place) and those final but not yet in effect. The memo instructed agencies to “consider
extending for 60 days the effective date†of those rules that were finalized but were not in effect as of Jan. 20.[footnote] 2

Nice try, doesnt help, memo discusses
1) regulations in the pipeline
2) regulations passed but not taken effect.

It ignores
3) regulations passed, taken affect
4) regulations currently under pending lawsuit litigation..

This was a LAWSUIT, with the DOT, which started BEFORE HE WAS PRESIDENT..

No, under Obama's admin Public Citizen brought the suit.

Note that they start the headline with "Obama Administration Settles Hours-of-Service Case".

Its already been dropped TWICE.. This is now the THIRD TIME..

Twice under Bush the law was overthrown, and now under Obama.

The DOT is NOT Obama. They settled because it was a BAD LAW, and if you want to bring Obama into this, one might argue that he caved under the slightest bit of pressure, is this what you are trying to point out?

The only difference between this time, and the last TWO TIMES, is Obama WONT put the bill back on the books. Sorry but failure to do something does not = credit for an accomplishment..

Failure to put a bad rule back on the books is not an accomplishment?

The court vacated the rule under the Bush admin, and the Bush admin continued to reissue it.

Are you trying to claim this whole thread is about the fact that Obama ISNT doing something?

That is a complete 180 from your other postings which claimed that Obama "settled the lawsuit", "wrote memos", and various other arguments about how OBAMA DID something, now that its proven he hasnt, your claim is that by him NOT doing something is actually doing something. Lets go with that.. Since Obama hasnt withdrawn troops from Iraq, people arent getting shot, since Obama hasnt legalized gay marriages, I guess gays will cease to exist, since Obama hasnt created jobs, I guess people dont need work.

Seriously, how far do you want to continue spinning your own thread?
