Thats what Republican Louie Gohmert said after granting back door amnesty.

He also said Obama breached oath of office.

Funny, that was EXACTLY what I thought when we decided to bail out the banks, instead of letting them fail. Only a banana republic would do this.

This article you've posted sounds like small potatoes to me. We do all sorts of things that are far more severe which prioritize the rule of individuals over the rule of law, and we've done them for decades. Blaming it on Obama is failing to see the big picture.

The big picture is that it is not just Obama that has tossed aside the rule of law. It is also Bush II, Clinton, Bush I, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon, LBJ, their predecessors, as well as congressmen and women of all stripes.

Well, Obama is the one passing laws that Congress REJECTED. That's not what the POTUS does, he is supposed to pass laws that Congress PASSES. He's not a king or a dictator if you haven't realized yet.

how do you figure that he's passing laws? Looks to me like he's doing what he's supposed to, creating policy enabled by legislation.

Hey there! Obama failed to get the message, stating he is not a King and by all means definitely he is a dictator.

And as long as someone anyone is not dictating to him, and he can find blame with everyone for his miserable problems but himself, he is a happy camper.

Don't you know Obama go's against the grain.

It's not up to him to pass anything he wants to. It has to come from Congress. Creating laws that were rejected by Congress through EO is the next best thing to a dictatorship.

Now we are going to have to explain Administrative Law to you too?

Show us a law he created. IMPLEMENTING laws created by Congress doesn't count, nor does the promulgation of regulations where statutory authority to do so has been granted.

If Obama exceeded that statutory grant of authority, show me specifically how and where.
