The big picture is that it is not just Obama that has tossed aside the rule of law. It is also Bush II, Clinton, Bush I, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon, LBJ, their predecessors, as well as congressmen and women of all stripes.
you didn't answer what i asked you, so i will respond with the correct answer:
what laws has Obama passed? None. Obama can't pass laws. Obama can only set policy.
No, he is using the EPA to control CO2 in the same ways as Cap and Trade would have. Congress rejected C&T, but Obama did it this way instead. Like I said, it's not up to the President to do this alone. Those new regulations are LAW now.
Now we are going to have to explain Administrative Law to you too?
Show us a law he created. IMPLEMENTING laws created by Congress doesn't count, nor does the promulgation of regulations where statutory authority to do so has been granted.
If Obama exceeded that statutory grant of authority, show me specifically how and where.
Congress rejected Cap and Trade. Obama went through the EPA ALL BY HIMSELF to do it. How do you spell dictator again?
Obama is making the U.S. like a "Third World, corrupt country where the rule of law is tossed aside."
That is what you get when you put in leftist Judges that interpret the laws instead of follow the laws as written.
A liberal justice could turn the phrase God Bless America into God Blast America, and they do.

The supreme court already decided that the Clean Air Act authorizes the EPA to legally regulate CO2 under the clean air act, in 2007, Massachusetts vs. EPA.

You guys don't get it. Congress rejected it, the majority of Americans rejected it and he did it anyway. Again, how do you spell dictator?

Show how the statutes governing the EPA prevent him from doing this.
