That's some convoluted "logic." Following your "reasoning," why would a 19th century racist want to own black slaves when he hates black people?

I think there's currently one minority-owned NFL team. The other 31 are owned primarily by white people. So a vast majority of African-Americans in the NFL are currently playing for an owner of a different race. They're not complaining about that.

Those who ARE complaining about the possibility of Rush Limbaugh owning a team have a problem, and understandably so, with the notion of playing for a person who has repeatedly and unapologetically made derisive comments about people of color.

Money talks. But it would be hilarious if Limbaugh's team had a hard time signing players. I highly doubt the other owners would approve a sale to someone like Rush anyway....

The NFL is a socialist organization. Rush obviously is not a man of honor. It just goes to show that these "political entertainers" are liars and will turn on a dime. The preach one thing but are willing to do the opposite when there's a chance of increasing their personal wealth. SUCKERS!!

And people whine about Michael Moore making money off of his films

Ah, the tin foil hats are alive.

Rush is not a racist. Those on here that make this claim are ignorant of the facts. I'll bet they don't know that Rush's long time compatriot, Mr Snerdley, is black.

The story about what Ruch said concerning McNab has been twisted to conform to the conservative haters creed.

I'd bet that no black athlete would boycott a team in which Rush had a monetary stake.

Let me tell you that if the team did go belly up the famous Rush will still be able to afford whatever he wants and when he wants.

I know you do not like it but the man is filthy rich and buying a football team wont effect his money much if at all.

Stop being so jealous of Rush.

If black players wont play for him then it will just show how stupid they are. Rush is not a racist person at all and in most cases the smart ones will play for him because they are not filled up hate and racist themselves.

HAHAHAHA!!! "At least he got hooked on prescription drugs" You are an absolute joke of a person!!!!!!!!! And your buddy Rush wants to buy the worst team in the league I don't think that would make any player black or white want to play for him. Why would a good player play on the worst team in the league? You are so dumb on so many levels.

More bad news for would be Rams owner Druggie Limbaugh...

Think Progress » Head of NFL players union opposes Limbaugh’s bid: Sports are meant to reject ‘discrimination and hatred.’

Because a quote Rush made was twisted by his haters to mean he was racist. They were discussing McNabb and why was he doing so bad that year like the newspapers in Philidelphia were saying. Rush said the press had over hyped his talent in their hopes of having a successful black quarterback. He said McNabb was a good quarterback but was not as good as the press had initially made him out to be. Some how that statement was twisted around to him being a racist. Some people who called him a racist never saw the video of his statement and judged him based upon their hatred of him or what was said of him in the press who generally hate him.

Sure... Limbaugh said McNabb was overrated because the media wanted to see a black quarterback succeed.

Not only is it a racist statement, but it shows how little Porky knows about football.
