Okay. So the New Testament mentions the problem with heterosexual ex-Christians who have reverted to worshipping pagan fertility gods in orgiastic sex rituals (which includes sex with everyone regardless of gender) in the local temples in Rome. (Romans 1:26)

It mentions slave traders who sell male prostitutes, the male prostitutes themselves and those who use them. These prostitutes are often believed to be temple or shrine prostitutes in the service of the Roman fertility gods. (1 Cor 6-9 and 1 Tim 1:10)

Some people have tried to use the Jude 1:7 mention of "strange flesh" (hetero sarkos) but it takes a real stretch and twist to get it to mean anything remotely to do with homosexuality.

And that's it. Thats ALL there is in the NT that people have tried to use to condemn homosexuals.

Yet I hear over and over again, people who claim that the NT speaks repeatedly and clearly about homosexuality.

Who is really doing the "twisting"?

Oh, sorry. Missed the Romans 1:26 reference in your post. Romans is the most noted to me when I ask for biblical references from anti-gay Christians.

When one reads Romans from the Wycliffe Bible, it becomes even more fuzzy, BTW.

biblegateway.com is a good reference that has the WB on it, and the reference I use most when argueing against Christians and their bible.

I'm not sure what the Bible has to do with the freedom of gays to kiss in public.

all one has to do is just read your hate speech. your extremist views aren't the norm in society, and I am greatful for that. I am not the one whining about these two punks getting cuffed, then tossed out on their butts. it is funny.

hate speech huh? nothing extreme about it.. it's the law..
you can't do whatever you want on your own property... especially in the center of a city... there are a variety of laws that impact property rights for everyone... including the taxes you pay on it.. seeing as how the mormon church owns this property tax free is also an important issue as well.
If your misguided views on property rights are the norm, then indeed we need to take a closer look at education in this country

thats part of the facts... so quit whining..
