you are incorrect. my property rights stance is a valid one, while yours is one of total anger. the only hate I see here is the hate coming out of your own mind. now stop sounding foolish.
really? try re-reading your posts about property rights...
if you're going to make claims against property rights violations, then perhaps you should know everything that is currently THE LAW when it comes to property rights.. not what you think it SHOULD be...
I really feel sorry for your anger. you seem very confused. I take it you aren't a property owner.
I indeed own my own house with my partner... and I'm well aware of how property rights work...
I don't get to do anything I want with my land and house....if you do.. then you're lucky but that is not the norm in most of the country LET ALONE the center of Salt Lake City (population 1.5million)
so give it a rest...
Really? read my posts, I go to the grocerey store, parts store, fast food, gas station, car wash, mailbox, lake, hardware store ........where are they? are they disguised? If so ,as I said, then I am ok with em............... So here is what I will do for you boiseboy, I will modify my remarks, let no one say, I am not fair and balanced.... Here it is , There are no (Obvious) homosexuals around here, and I am OK with that!!
The reality is.. the church got it's hands on this pedestrian corridor as part of a controversial land swap deal with the city.. so the church didn't own it a few years ago.. it was a simple public pedestrian corridor...
You have to be familiar with salt lake city to understand how this corridor is essentially the only way to get from the north side of downtown to the business district without walking 2 salt lake city blocks (4 any other city blocks) around to avoid their "property". The city should take it back through eminent domain...
I really dont see the huge deal about it now a days. Let alone i think theres alot worse seen on tv by kids then seeing two guyrs or two girls kissing in public.

these men were where they didn't belong, and they were escorted away. the correct action was taken, and now they are crying over spilled milk.
