When I was a kid, I was disgusted by anyone kissing on the mouth in front of me, regardless of sex. That probably explains their reactions also.
I see your point, but they had seen hetero's kiss and it was not the same reaction. They know, its not a mystery to them.

That is surprising for such a liberal state... but I do have to agree, you and the government SHOULD NOT regulate people's lives... gay/lesbian/whatever have a right to marry if they want and it is none of the government's business or anyone elses... unless they infringe on your rights (and they do not), everyone should stick their nose somewhere else... I don't understand why people care so much about what other people do with their lives... its THEIR LIVES and none of your concern... you don't want me to dictate what you eat, where you work, or what you watch on TV, why do you think anyone should be able to dictate who someone is able to have sex with... or even marry.. maybe only rich people should marry rich people? Maybe only virgins should marry virgins? Maybe left-handed people should only marry left-handed people... stay out of their business... cause it is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS...
