Funny how some attack some judges for bias on cases involving Trump but do not typically have any problem with others that were directly put into their position by Trump (Aileen Cannon and multiple SCOTUS justices come to mind). It would seem that the judges that Trump actually appointed would be far more prejudiced than those that were not.

Did you just say “mobspeak”. Man you have TDS BAD! How do you keep track of the truth if everything someone says is the opposite of what they tell you. That must really get confusing when Biden opens his mouth. Oh wait, this only applies to Trump, right?

The judges daughter opened the door and Trump responded. He has that right and I disagree with this judge saying he doesn’t. Everyone has the right to call out a conflict of interest.

What a shame it is that such an order is even necessary. You’d think he would be less likely to go out of his way to intentionally **** off the people prosecuting your upcoming criminal trial.
The judge's daughter is a Democrat fundraiser who uses Trump's indictments as a fundraising tool. The idea such a person is off-limits, ever, to anyone -- never mind off-limits to one of her targets at the height of an election cycle she's ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN -- is ludicrous on its face, and is yet another data point illustrating the true purpose of this indictment and trial.

If the judge thinks his political operative daughter should be off-limits to a Presidential nominee, then the least he could do is delay the trial until after the election.

Did you see how I provided receipts in the OP? Don't just tell me such & such... show me.

Merchan's daughter was the president of that company that got the money from Schiff - as shown in the Open Secrets database.

This is not about presidents appointing judges and receiving a salary. That's just part of the system.

If they were, we would have a political free for all mess instead of the rule of law. Unlucky for Trump - In this case, he drew a judge who is likely a Democrat with a Democrat daughter. So what. A jury is going to decide this case based on evidence. The judge is going to use the law as his guide in his role. What is your problem? Trump doesn’t get it exactly his way? He should have never paid off a damn porn star to keep quiet so he could win an election if he didn’t want to face charges for it. The irony is we all know no one cares. He could have f’d her on live tv and his followers would have said hahaha - including the “Christian” ones. That’s Trump sticking it to the liberals.

There is no political conspiracy against Trump. This is the United States justice system taking appropriate action in light of alleged crimes committed. Trump needs to quit whining like a damn baby and just have his day in court. Quit putting the life of a judge’s daughter in danger.
I don't entirely disagree w/ this.

Find another judge without the family member receiving millions of dollars from governing officials that have a primary interest in getting a guilty verdict from a political opponent. That is a major conflict of interest.

Is that too much to ask?

The second underline is laughable at this point. Trump has been around forever, and now all of a sudden he has 91 indictments in an election year. Yeah - OK...

Here’s a clip of Michael Cohen testifying before the House Oversight Committee five years ago before he went to prison for three years. He also went into detail about it in his book “Disloyal.”

You can also use this as a sample of what his testimony will look and sound like in Trump’s trial. Cohen, BTW, was a huge packrat, and as well as a lot of hard receipts recorded hundreds of phone calls he was on, many with Trump. You may remember when CNN published an audio clip from one of the tapes, with Trump and Cohen talking about how to handle the payment to Stormy Daniels.

Enjoy, and buckle up. Big Orange is in for some extremely rough sledding in court very shortly.

She is off limits with the amended gag order, and Donnie will do well to keep his tongue still about her. Judge Merchan is not going to put up with any of Trump’s BS.

No, she's not off limits. We have something in this country called a First Amendment, and Judge Juanie would do well to abide by it. He's a judge, not The Law. Defendants don't lose their Constitutional rights just because the judge thinks they're "BS."
