I don’t see an issue unless some on CD would believe that MAGA Nation should have total freedom to threaten, harass, and potentially do physical harm to the families of our judiciary and our rule of law.
Sometimes I wish CD would restrict the POC to only IP addresses located in the USA.

Sounds like Democrats should have gag orders given their constant violent rhetoric and the assassination attempts on Scalise and Kavanaugh.
IMO, we need to know how all elected and appointed people who have power over the rest of us get their money.

I 100% agree. Far too much hidden money and favors being passed around. Complete transparency from everyone! The problem the country faces now, as is seen in this case, is that the media will only hold one side accountable. They do zero investigation and negative reporting on democrats. Democracy cannot survive with a uni-party media. We need the truth not some journalist’s or big media corp’s propaganda.

It's not just the media, whatever that is. It's the dark money PACS we will never know about.
And Trump just showed us another way to get money to a politician that they can do whatever they want with. In the next 10 years or so I expect to see many little LLC's or money losing enterprises acquired or merge with companies on the stock exchange. My goodness. My DH spent years in M&A and nobody ever thought of that.
Pointing out a possible (if not likely) conflict of interest is not an attack. This is how the left wants to define someone defending themselves when they are a political enemy. This is the real affront to democracy.

We understand Trump’s mobspeak. It’s the same MO that he used on January 6. Michael Cohen has testified more than once about how Trump uses dog whistles to get his cultists to act.
Yep. If we’re going to go by family relations now, Clarence Thomas must immediately be taken of all cases involving Jan. 6 and all decisions that he had a hand in need to be reviewed since his wife took part. And Cannon needs to be taken off the Mar A Logo case immediately as she was appointed by Trump.
For that matter Kavanaugh and Barrett need to be removed from all cases involving Trump as well. Of course cons will disagree. Their ridiculous standards don’t apply to them.
This is all part of Trump’s game. Just muddy the water because he’s likely going to lose on merits.

Like I said in the OP - if the daughter is just a rabid liberal and doing her own thing - then fine. When Schiff sends $14M her way - now we have an issue.
