If they are looking for something that is immediately criminal like kilos of cocaine or bombs etc. then yes.

When they are grabbing things that will require going over like computer files, business records then no, you may not be arrested immediately.

Some think they raided not to get Diddy but to destroy evidence of really big people doing criminal activities maybe politicians or some other big shots. He video taped a lot of people.
