I don't know what he did, but recently I have noticed people being charged with sex trafficking simply for using prostitutes who have been sex trafficked. I think Oakland was doing this for a while.

My point was sometimes sex trafficking is not what most people think it is. He could very well be guilty of actual sex trafficking. Or using a stable of hookers who were sex trafficked by someone else.

I didn't say he was. I'm just commenting on how prosecutors have bended the definition of sex trafficking to get tougher punishments for something else, which results in people questioning if the crime happened in the previous sense of the definition.

Many get arrested - prosecuted and hopefully convicted but in our world insanity does prevail and after the arrest nothing else happens to put that person behind bars. Back forth and if have money $$, it just goes away.
