Not always a good idea when you're a defendant in court.

Free speech does not mean you are free of consequences.

Not sure why this is so hard for you to understand.

The dude's toast. He's gonna end up broke toast. And what's kinda sad is it all could have been avoided had he just accepted he lost, said, "I'll be back in 4 years." And he would have been. Instead we watch it all crash and burn.

I think that will be next. Trump needs to grow up and shut up. He is not above the law and needs to stop acting like he is.

Got to wonder whether the threat of 30 days in jail is enough to keep him from doing it again.

It does seem like that realization might be useful.

That's why he doxxes people. Its a threat to her, and a hint to his deranged loyalists to take action.

Why on earth would he bad mouth the judge's clerk? What possible advantage would there be to that?

I'm surprised he's had no consequences for calling for Gen. Milley's execution.

He is openly attempting to intimidate witnesses, as well as those who work in the legal system.

But, so far, all he's gotten is warnings.

As well as a clue to anyone else, from witness to juror to judge, to back off, to think twice before crossing him.

He will keep doing it. He is daring them to lock him up and if they do he will use it as more "proof" they are out to get him. If they don't he will exploit that. With his hard core base he wins either way.

LOL the typical dodge from the freedom hating left.

"you can say whatever you want but our side has the right to lock you up if we feel like it, because after all, there are consequences." Same logic as with those vaccines.... "nobody is forcing you to get the vax.... however we will take away your job, your right to travel, and everything else if you don't get it"

Trump should have every right to say whatever he wants about the circus that is going on.
