I don’t think they will. This pandemic is not going to last forever and in fact I think it will be over soon. By then your vax mandates are going to be unenforceable. It will be like the flu shot, encouraged but not mandated.

Could you site some examples of this authoritarianism? What laws or executive orders did Abbott get passed that forces people to do anything they don’t want to do? I’ll wait.

They will not. There's no point to a vaccine mandate.

Employers do not have such a right. You ever heard of civil rights laws? Griggs v. Duke Power? They require employers to be inefficient and place political considerations ahead of profit.

Delta found that they got a high rate of vaccination with no mandate...I suspect as we continue to see this virus spread, more and more people will 'bend' and vaccination rates will go higher -- with or without mandates.
The virus doesn't "spread".

It's everywhere already, and that's been true for almost two years now.

No, you're wrong. It's a good analogy because the alleged Constitutional right to abortion is based on a principle that also prevents people from being required to be vaccinated.

All those employers funding employee's insurance plans will be faced with the rise in insurance costs associated with extended hospitalization costs for the un-vaxxed employees and they'll say; 'sorry but either get the shots or be stricken from your plans'.

Why would you expect anything less from them?

If un-vaxxed people cause a loss of profit for business, guess what's gonna happen.
Employers are required to do countless things that hurt the bottom line.

Given how NY and CA are doing with their vaccine mandates and record surges, NO!

Nice try but it's a fail.

Those who got the mRNA vaccinations are not only coming down with the virus but are also spreading it. So...what do you expect companies to do when that happens? Not give any coverage to anyone working for them?

The only ones who will be "succumbing" will be the unvaccinated as they gasp for breath in the ICU ward.

The trend with Omicron is very, very clear on that. Vaxxed and boosted equals mild discomfort for most. For the unvaxxed, those are clogging up our hospitals now. This trend is so obvious that even Donald J. Trump has seen the light and is encouraging everyone to get vaxxed and boosted.
He always has.
Did you just find this out?
