At least it's been dropped from the Federal Controlled Substances act of 1970. Constitutionally it's more appropriate for Marijuana to be banned at the state level, where the voters will it.
Stupid is prohibiting something that is legal in half the country and easily accessible even where it isn’t currently legal. Anybody who wants to use it is already doing so. Might as well legalize, regulate and tax it am I right?

How do you "tax" those who grow their own? Also, taxing it would probably mean more business for the black market.
Hardly, they enhance reality in many cases. Remember most of these drugs occur naturally inside you already. That’s why the brain has receptors for them.
Times are changing. I know a lot of Republicans who are pro marijuana, especially younger ones. It's just a matter of time here in Texas. Hopefully we'll see it on the ballot in the next few years.
Exactly, well said. They can't handle reality so they enclose themselves in a drug-induced cocoon.
I suppose we should have pity for them since they are weak-minded and can't resist mind-altering drugs.
