Yes you are correct here
India did not place enough orders of vaccine.
Many indians do not realise how much is the population of india, how many millions in a billion etc

Overall target should have been 70 % population to get two doses of vaccine.
Massive government failure in inadequate orders and complacency by people.
But yes numbers are falling down
Let's hope that by December, they are able to vaccinate enough people to have some impact against future waves.
