I watched this when it aired. Well worth watching. This is a young woman who has some serious potential. I would suggest not just going after her because she is pro Trump, she actually has some very valid points which we should all be asking the Governments of failing cities. Regardless of who is running those cities. Too long Government of all levels has seen decades of corruption from the same individuals. Forget Trump, Biden, Obama or whatever President you like. At worse they are gone in 8 years. We focus on them while our cities are run by the same villains decade after decade.
Kim Klacik is a former stripper. Her white husband has fathered mixed-black children with multiple black women, making them single mothers. Her white husband also has previous domestic abuse charges. This is who yall are celebrating?
I was excited to see that, at the beginning. Woohoo, what's her plan, I thought.
I watched it twice. She had NOTHING to suggest as a solution. NOTHING. She just pointed out what a rat hole the community is, and noted the city was run by democrats.
I was hoping for something wise. Investment in black businesses? Concrete plan for excellence in schools? Encouraging ownership of buildings by the tenants themselves? Coalescing a group of leaders in each neighborhood to have monthly crime watch meetings?
Or . . . SOMETHING that would help.
I encourage anyone to watch this video, which appears compelling at first blush, and try to discern what this woman might do to make change. She is a gorgeous woman, with my gosh lovely legs and she walks well on those stiletto heels, too.
What's your plan, lady?
Um, that is the same bs urban Democrats push all the time and none of it does jack.
No one is asking for detailed budgets and project plans at this point, but ideas.
Ownership by the tenants, better schools (with a plan of how to do that, like mention foundations that have promised to donate), and self-governed crime watch.
Would take about 8 seconds to say those kind of ideas.
Better schools? What the hell does that mean? Please elaborate.
Um, that is the same bs urban Democrats push all the time and none of it does jack.
If you know her proposals please post. What does she offer?
I posted earlier that she is almost certainly going to lose this election, she doesn't even live in the district and the Republican Party in district is not robust, but she will raise a lot of money from out of state donors (like you perhaps) before she loses.
So what is the compelling reason that the locals should vote for her? What would she from Congress do differently ... propose spending bills that Mitch McConnell would block in the Senate and Trump wouldn't sign? What will she do from Washington for those people?
This campaign reminds me of the Steve Bannon 'Wall' racket, getting skim from hapless donors. It is directed at donors outside of the district, not at persuading the voters within. It looks like it's all about the money.
