Shame on you for wishing the the SC devolve into the gutter. These people are supposed to be more highly evolved, have more integrity, choose the high road instead of the low road, and above petty and destructive biases. That's why we put them there.
Can you honestly say Ginsberg is “above petty and destructive biases”? Honestly. His rulings are far less partisan than Ginsberg’s have been. And if there is now a bias moving forward? Well, Democrats brought that on themselves with their dirty politics. But here’s my guess. He’s a better person than I and will continue to maintain judicial impartiality and make decision per the Constitution.
That statement means nothing in regards to perjury. All of his observations are just that, his observations, they hold no weight, and you will see that not a single person will charge Kavanaugh with perjury for this.
ANd then you can ask yourself, why? Well, the answer has already been given to you, but you do not want to listen.

Then he made his “conditions.” Please. In the course of things it doesn’t matter as the investigation will show what we already know - Ford’s accusation has no corroboration.

My entire issue with Kavanaugh is his inappropriate and unprofessional, biased, lacking in judicial temperament performance.
His insubordinate, disrespectful rudeness to Amy Klobuchar was unacceptable.
Biased attacks on Democrats, Clintons and conspiracy theories - frightening.
The man harbors hate, anger, and bias - and would be subject to recusal demands from attys on the wrong side of the political specturm.
He certainly had a right to express his emotional angst at the scrutiny and allegations.
But voicing his political bias and hatred was a bridge too far. No judicial impartiality in sight - anywhere.

The FBI will be interviewing Ford's "witnesses" who have already stated they have no idea what she's talking about under the penalty of perjury/felony; law. Including her "great friend" who apparently apologized to Ford for not backing her story up...so Ford went on to talk about her friend's "issues" insinuating that her friend was mentally unstable, in her best baby (acting, no tears) voice.

The likelihood of the Dems (or even Jeff Flake) saying, "OK, we're satisfied, now we'd be happy to go ahead with the vote" is somewhere between "No" and "Hell No", despite the Republicans doing exactly what they asked.
So what excuse will they trot out next?
Some possibilities:
1.) Trump restricted the FBI investigation.
2.) Now we discovered that a week wasn't enough, which we had never guessed before despite asking for exactly that.
3.) We have more women ready to accuse him of something or other, after weeks of coaching by Democrats.
Any other guesses? We'll probably find out which excuse(s) the Democrats conjure up starting on Friday Oct. 5, or sooner.

No, I'm not wrong and you haven't shown me anything except how to use legal semantics to escape a charge of perjury.
That doesn't change the fact that Kavanaugh is a liar - but, of course, in the age of Trump - words have zero meaning. A master liar has a cult willing to state a lie is not a lie.

And, Kavanaugh lied to the Committee - and the lesser among us are willing to accept a self-interested narcissist who has no respect for the truth - to ascend to the SC.
