Can you honestly say Ginsberg is “above petty and destructive biases”? Honestly. His rulings are far less partisan than Ginsberg’s have been. And if there is now a bias moving forward? Well, Democrats brought that on themselves with their dirty politics. But here’s my guess. He’s a better person than I and will continue to maintain judicial impartiality and make decision per the Constitution.

It isn't very long.
That statement means nothing in regards to perjury. All of his observations are just that, his observations, they hold no weight, and you will see that not a single person will charge Kavanaugh with perjury for this.

ANd then you can ask yourself, why? Well, the answer has already been given to you, but you do not want to listen.

Of course it does. He already put out he was voting yes. Only then did the Democrats trot out their activists to ambush him in the elevator and then his good buddy Coons to strong arm him. Then he made his “conditions.” Please. In the course of things it doesn’t matter as the investigation will show what we already know - Ford’s accusation has no corroboration.

are you talking about Kavanaugh or SC Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.......is she impartial?

The FBI will be interviewing Ford's "witnesses" who have already stated they have no idea what she's talking about under the penalty of perjury/felony; law. Including her "great friend" who apparently apologized to Ford for not backing her story up...so Ford went on to talk about her friend's "issues" insinuating that her friend was mentally unstable, in her best baby (acting, no tears) voice.

Why waste tax payer dollars beating an already dead horse?

Then again? Democrats LOVE to waste everyone else's money.

I was wondering if you would still want him confirmed if the allegations were somehow proved.

What excuses for delaying the USSC vote will Dems come up with next, after the 1-week FBI investigation they demanded is finished?


The likelihood of the Dems (or even Jeff Flake) saying, "OK, we're satisfied, now we'd be happy to go ahead with the vote" is somewhere between "No" and "Hell No", despite the Republicans doing exactly what they asked.

So what excuse will they trot out next?

Some possibilities:

1.) Trump restricted the FBI investigation.
2.) Now we discovered that a week wasn't enough, which we had never guessed before despite asking for exactly that.
3.) We have more women ready to accuse him of something or other, after weeks of coaching by Democrats.

Any other guesses? We'll probably find out which excuse(s) the Democrats conjure up starting on Friday Oct. 5, or sooner.
