He's right. At this point, the sexual accusation is secondary to the fact that Kavanaugh lied under oath and displayed a bias and temperament that is not appropriate for the highest court in the land. Lying under oath makes him unsuitable for any judgeship.
Plenty of witnesses are coming forward to testify that Kavanaugh is a liar.
