Dangerous thinking and I hope you would not extend the same logic to current events. There is no defense in that matter. Also, you seem to condone in some ways potentially violent behavior . Not good and that kind of thinking is probably the root to the violence seen on the streets of late. Please consider what you write before you commit to posting.
In fact this same sweet Old Black guy was in hot water at this same company for many interpersonal issues. He got away with much of it due to being Black and Gay. As he would love to remind people on a regular basis. On one occasion , the controller there , an Asian lady, actually came to me and asked to go to her office to chat , with no prompting whatsoever, to discuss if I was having issues with this same guy and she would warn him. Oh yes. But I declined due to being new and young in this company. That is the last thing you would want to get into especially since the older Black man was a veteran of 20 years there. So this person has a record of abuse , it is easy to see why.
Unfortunately, due to the culture of the place, for example the exec dir. divorced his wife of 35 years to marry a Filipino gay guy that worked at the company. Most of the indiscretions there were for the most part ignored or just too busy to deal with them. The Black people there and they constituted about 40% of the staff, made it a point to keep everything among themselves and work together as a unified front.
Now, speaking of the Black diva similar to Wendy Williams, she actually contacted me at home on a sick day to request some work to be done for her. My own mgr at the time, a White guy , got into the email thread and chewed her out for asking one of his staff to do work , no matter how urgent on his sick day.
As , she liked to say so often "I love to f**k with things" .
For me what is important is that I do not treat all Blacks the same due to this situation. In fact I met one good friend , a Black guy in my dept. , during my time there. He was aghast and so accurate in what he said about the Older Blacks there. Not a great fan was he , and has little to say good about these people.
Again, the only way to get respect from these types of people is show you are not afraid . They could care less about goodwill or showing real decency . Even though the Older Black guy had a knack of buying candies , so sweet he was lol, when the chance arose for looking good in front of the exec dir. All staged and like a robot almost.
As I mentioned I am already in contact with a law firm , of which one of the main partners is taking a keen interest in a potential case against my former company.
When you win your court case, then I'll take your word for all that you have said. Until then I have some reservations since we have only heard one side of the story.

Then answer this, since you say the crime stats speak for themselves.(and yes, that was a stupid post). What do you think causes crime? What do you think drives people to turn to crime as a means of survival? And how do you know they don't work?
And no where is truly paradise...even people with jobs and employment opportunities engage in illicit drugs.

Nice, please point this out for me, as a Black guy, from the Ghetto (not having lived "close to a ghetto", lol), please point out verified facts and figures that back up this following nonsense -

Here is your problem, as a black man speaking for white folks. Your problem is creating a false equivalency based on the false premise that white people can be morally inferior to black people in any way shape or form, while ignoring that it is a known FACT that black people are proven to be INFERIOR. Any moral problems white have is equally a problem among blacks and others, but problems that blacks have are problems of BLACKS, not shared in degree, if not kind, with others.
Racism is a trait that is normal among humans. Violence, personal irresponsibility, ow IQ...etc is particular to black people. It's who they are....its in their DNA, while racism is neither pandemic or endemic to whites. Plus...blacks sold blacks into slavery and some blacks even own slaves in the United states, meaning that blacks created their own problems.....not whites.

Not too good. there are white people who are morally inferior to some black people and some black people who are morally inferior to some whites.

Great post! All of it is factual, but don't hold your breath waiting for whites to get over their bigotry to unite with similarly disenfranchised blacks to find common cause. Ain't gonna happen. Conservative whites would rather be destitute than do that. Remember, these are the water carriers of billionaires, it's how they've been trained to think. Not only would they have to overcome bigotry, they would also have to stop willingly being servile to the ruling class. I don't see either changing anytime soon.
There is a tool that is available to help the working poor,and all workers to "fight" the rich and the bigotry,it also unites blacks and whites as well as any other means I can think of. Its called Trade unions.

The interest dies, when there is no support or you can only see the dead end from your parents or family experience. You end up living the lifestyle. Jobs came to the black areas in LA. And people bought homes etc,,, then they closed the factories and still made the black people stay in their neck of the woods. Instant ghetto like you say, depressed areA. No money no jobs no education no opportunities for year after year... If never lived in it to know it. We really can't understand it. So also better see what's going on the rural white areas, and no jobs/. Meth labs are plenty
Here is the deal I my opinion: I work somewhere and have seen a few of my black co workers imitate the descriptions of some of the people mentioned by previous posters. Sure enough I have. But guess what? I've seen similar behavior from white co workers who run to HR for being "unfairly singled out" and I don't judge all whites based on the actions of a few. I'm certainly not going to do the same with blacks. The problem I have with some people on this topic is how quick they are to generalize and stereotype.
In my experience working for a large corporation these issues are the exception, not the rule. Most of the examples listed come down to poor leadership and lack of training. People are not allowed to abuse others where I work if you complain about how you're treated, nor are you allowed to make false accusations without merit, at least repeatedly. We have annual training on code of conduct, among other things.
Exactly. So why, as a previous poster said are we supposed to "look" to history and lament about the cruel "whitey" who oppressed the world...........Things are on as even a keel as is possible,and even tilted more to the side of the blacks and other minorities. So what is with all the whining?
