The problem is the problem never being address with a action plan. Most of this is an economic problem . If we return to manufacturing and focusing on good honest jobs . We will find crime will drop. Families would be secure and have a future.
Those jobs are long gone and mostly done by robots, just like most of the manufacturing 100 years ago. It's time to stop living in the past and strengthen the job market we have...like increasing the base wage for the service industry.
One of the things I have a problem and good sci-fi and bad sci-fi is that whenever you meet an alien, no matter which random alien or who they are, they know all the other aliens.
At the very least, they know the head alien and can get you automatic response/attendance. And this head alien speaks for the entire planet of aliens and can take decisive action, bc of course they are some homogenous group with a hive mind. Hell, 90% of the time, they all wear the same clothes.
This is effing stupid as saying stuff like black community or gay community or all the people of this race or all the Muslims, etc, should do this that or the other to rein in or solve all the problems related to what some random yahoos who happen to share the same skin tone, etc, are doing.

Seems like you just have bad luck with the people that you run into. Your anecdotal experiences doesn't confirm anything about black people.
It just happens with bad Blacks it seems. Just in these situations , it becomes quite apparent that if you are a good looking White guy with fair hair and blue eyes , it can be used against you.
Now again I affirm that not all Blacks it has to be said. In fact I met a good buddy of mine at this particular job who is Black. Great guy and he in turn mentioned of how odd and aggressive some of the older Blacks were in this company. Yes this coming from a young Black guy. So absolutely no issues with all Blacks in general
I am just saying that there are few things as organized , you don't always see it, and malicious as a group of angry Black people. Take it again from me , as inoffensive as you can get , and this I think this was seen as a weakness to exploit.
For so long the good Blacks just it seems stick their heads in the sand or in some cases just blame the economy or the state of the nation to explain away the actions of their fellow Blacks.
That I believe is all coming to an end. Now, regardless of how the case will go if pursued in court, I am doing this to highlight indiscretions of a few bad Blacks which can no longer be ignored.
A large company that requires a degree, allowed this? I doubt it.

I'm sure a lot of you would agree that blacks should in fact be responsible to dealing with the black on black crime that takes place largely between black men.
Having said that, since racism is largely perpetuated by white people, shouldn't they be responsible for dealing with and eliminating racism ?

We had a foreman who got fired. He had 3 Mexicans and one black woman working on his crew. She would not do any work. Claimed he was "discriminating" against her by telling her to do the same work as the Mexicans. She wrote him up to our HR supervisor. Guess what. She was a black woman. He was fired. Got his job back after 6 months on appeal.............
You know the sad part??? after he was fired,the three Mexicans were afraid to talk to the black woman because they thought she would not like it and have them fired............ she wrote them up for discrimination because they were not talking to her.........
90% of all black Americans are not impacted by black on black crime at all. So it is not for black people to fix an issue that doesn't impact them. It impacts individuals but not a whole race of people. Black on black crime isn't your issue just because you happen to be black. And such a claim is illogical.
White people can't fix black issues, so its silly to ask them to. Black people can solve their own problems, and should solve their own problems.
