A large company that requires a degree, allowed this? I doubt it.
It's getting deep in here. All one had to do was record her as it sounds like you don't even have to bait her. So I don't believe this either.
Why are blacks, as a group, violent in the places you work?
Shouldnt stand idly by when anyone does something to you.
This is the first I have mentioned ever on the matter. Sometimes when you are struggling financially you really do not want to get into such things for fear of lots of things . Loss of earnings, loss of future opportunities etc. ,
Now I am actually in contact with some law companies to see if it is worth proceeding with . I think it is and cant really get into too many details , suffice to say on one point there was a Black man who had a walking stick , he would routinely threaten to break my f*****g legs at times . No joke ok . It is for real
I just think this sort of attitude , many Blacks have has to stop . It is truly a case of what you can get away it with them.
Also, we had an exec asst , black and old and you know that Wendy Williams type of diva . She would at times try to publicly humiliate me in meetings by pointing out how stupid I was for instance as part of having fun , she would do same to others. But nobody would say anything as she was hiding behind the whole , those Whites would never complain or risk all kinds of repercussions.
Another occasion, at a dinner out while we were on a conference in NY, this same exec asst, at the dinner table with the exec dir and the controller, I was sitting next to her and basically there was no other place to sit , and she picked up a knife and threatened me with it. The rest passed it off as a joke and the exec dir. among the laughing looked at me to see if I was upset by the act. I could sense it. So it was not very kosher to do such a things. I did not complain due to the fact I was young and new to the place and sitting at an expensive restaurant was a big deal to me.
So I think sometimes we need to stand up for basic rights and the times are changing now.

Seems like you just have bad luck with the people that you run into. Your anecdotal experiences doesn't confirm anything about black people.
I'm sure a lot of you would agree that blacks should in fact be responsible to dealing with the black on black crime that takes place largely between black men.
Having said that, since racism is largely perpetuated by white people, shouldn't they be responsible for dealing with and eliminating racism ?

The only way that asinine statement can hold any water is the fact that blacks are a minority so if you work the math yeah, there is probably more white racists on a math basis, but other than that it's completely offensive to say such things.

The first time that I realized that whites and blacks would never seen things the same was after the OJ trial. What happen was, after the verdict, blacks were openly joyous that OJ was acquitted, while the whites were all saddened. And these were all fellow LEO's
I can't speak for any fictional group or block of humans created by those who wish to compartmentalize humans to save them from thinking about humans as humans. But I rarely, and I mean very rarely, come across anyone who believes themselves to be superior to others based upon arbitrary classifications such as color, religion, etc.
Furthermore I have never met any person in my 5 plus decades who did anything to intentionally harm another based upon their arbitrary classification. Everyone I know lives their lives to benefit themselves and those that they love as best that they can. Not anyone have I ever met who went out of their way, in any way, to harm another due to their classification. Maybe I live on a different planet than all of these people who see racism controlling every human action. But it simply does not occur anywhere that I go or with anyone that I interact with. I hope I never have to spend any time with all of those racists that are everywhere or ever live where they infest every corner of the community.
I must have hit the lottery somehow that I have found the the only spot in the world, surrounded by the only people in the world who are not racists. Thank God for that. It must be horrible where everyone else lives. Terrible places filled with terrible people. I would tell you where and with whom, but then I guess we would be invaded by the racists that are everywhere else.
As long as Blacks gain something from pretending to be victims, there will never be peace.
