i was reading a story on the web, just couple minutes ago about living below the poverty line, although it was a black lady about 25-30. she had five kids already. dont you think that has something to do with their lifestyle
Their style of living is what gets them in trouble in the first place. It is a status symbol in the Black community for a single Black guy to father children with as many women as possible. These males are usually Jamaican or Caribbean in origin, the ones with the dreadlocks and the white t shirts that hang around all day outside the ghettos doing absolutely nothing. In some cases, a few dozen kids will be fathered by a guy in his 20's. Wow. The father will usually be on drugs or off them to do a court ordered drug test, after which he will be back on the drugs again. All the time , the Black girls will be parading around , looking out for the next guy to have a baby with.
One of the things I have a problem and good sci-fi and bad sci-fi is that whenever you meet an alien, no matter which random alien or who they are, they know all the other aliens.
At the very least, they know the head alien and can get you automatic response/attendance. And this head alien speaks for the entire planet of aliens and can take decisive action, bc of course they are some homogenous group with a hive mind. Hell, 90% of the time, they all wear the same clothes.
This is effing stupid as saying stuff like black community or gay community or all the people of this race or all the Muslims, etc, should do this that or the other to rein in or solve all the problems related to what some random yahoos who happen to share the same skin tone, etc, are doing.

Like I said, White people are not enemies. Social justice advocates should be focused, first and foremost, on identifying convergent interests and forming coalitions around them–exchanging ideas, formulating concrete policies, and mobilizing a political consensus to address common problems.
White people are definitely not the enemy. White supremacy and its corollary of black inferiority is the enemy.
Here is the thing. Many white people, especially conservatives, believe that poverty in America is generally the result of personal and moral flaws in people. If black poverty is 3 times the rate of white poverty, then what does this say about how they see the black race relative to the white race? If they dismiss the role of racism in creating these poverty gaps, then how do they reconcile it other than concluding that blacks are naturally inferior?

I don't think that question/statement is fair. Racism is not a white problem.
Racism is in every society. This is not a 'White' issue. Infact Whites are the only group fighting it, all other groups are doing nothing.
All non-White groups need to fight racism within their communities because Whites are the only ones doing anything about it so far.

Truth is white people in our history started the war between races. With slavery -laws- and unfair, below standard treatments of other people's, not just black, but Asian and Latinos. They had the money and education and control. They wanted slaves. In other countries it's the same. People hate other people. But we talking about us. When will the unfairness stop? With globalization it has gotten worse -because it's brought more poverty to Americans and I don't get why our education has gotten so bad, but the opportunities flew overseas. It's not just about color, but being treated equally. Politicians push us against each other and throw blame on us!! They are the responsible ones who are sworn to set good laws that protect all and our economy !

And guess who end up winning when we say to take a stand in our own communities is futile ?. Those very extreme fringe elements in either group , who really appreciate a sense of hopelessness.
Ordinarily, we could all sit around and say ah well , what can ya do , but recent times are putting paid to the notion of apathy and lack of involvement as a stance we can be satisfied with.
Looking at the crime statistics, I'd say black people hate black people more than white people hate black people. So who are the real racists?
Part of the problem is terminology. Blacks and whites use the term HATE far to often when its not really about hate. With whites, its not so much about hate as it is about beliefs that blacks are inferior. You can actually think something is inferior, and love it. People think young children are inferior to adults, but love them. People think that pets are inferior to humans, but love them. Thus, hate is not really the issue. The issue is that when push comes to shove, and decisions have to be made quickly, these perceptions of black inferiority come out in whites.
