They're upset because business isn't rolling over and paying for it out of their "profits" like Pelosi and Reid said would happen.

Yet they don't have a problem with the phone companies separating that FCC charge for all to see.
That is the very same thing..the FCC mandated the phone companies pony into a fund.
And the phone companies just charge you to pay instead.
