The more these liberals lose, the more hysterical their shouting gets.
Personally, I am just waiting for Dear Leader to reinstate the portions of this terrible law by executive order. Since he has no respect for any law but his own, this would seem like his next step.

Health insurance DOES cover 2 aspirin. We recommend all women keep them lodged between their knees, we aren't monsters like company X, see? We provide birth control!

Seriously this is moronic, you do not get to shove your religious beliefs onto others. I am amazed this court decided to try this, the supreme court will smack them around I suspect.
And I am amazed that this abortion of a law requires single men to pay for a service that they will never be able to use. Another of Dear Leaders "fair for everyone" BS.

Kind of depends on what information the NSA has provided Obama with concerning the judges with, doesn't it?

More proof of the liberal's "war on men"...

At one point, slavery was the law. Seems that Obama is interested in bringing that back.

At one point, drinking alcohol was illegal, now it isn't.

The original ACA as written has vastly changed (by the whim of a few, not the will of the people).

It would seem, as usual, that your grasp of a law being set in stone needs to be reconsidered as does your blind devotion to the current administration.

The constitution makes zero mention of any health care law. Try reading it sometime.

Quote:

What law did Mr. Obama modify; and what do you claim is the legal violation
the President committed? What provision of law did he violate in modifying that
law?
His own health care law. He changed the employer mandate without approval of anyone but himself. That violates the law as written.

What law, provision, or Article of the Constitution do you contend makes not
enforcing a provision of Immigration unlawful? The Constitution gives the
President oversight in it administration of Immigration policy.
You really are all over the place on this topic. We are discussing health care, not immigration. Along with this president wanting only selective of any laws, which violates his oath of office (which was taken in accordance with the constitution).

Quote:

Example. Congress does not set a fix number of persons that are to be
deported form the US. The President through his policy sets whether it be 50,000
or 500,000. It is left to his discretion by his administering US Immigration as
provided for in the US Constitution.
And, other than trying to hijack this thread, what has this to do with health care?
