Default Appeals Court: Obamacare UNCONSTITUTIONAL

Now, on to SCOTUS, just in time for the 2012 election.

Quote:
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - An appeals court ruled on Friday that President Barack Obama's healthcare law requiring Americans to buy healthcare insurance or face a penalty was unconstitutional, a blow to the White House.

The Appeals Court for the 11th Circuit, based in Atlanta, found that Congress exceeded its authority by requiring Americans to buy coverage, but also ruled that the rest of the wide-ranging law could remain in effect.
Well, without the mandate, the whole shebang FALLS APART.

This will be a great issue, again as it was in 2010, to bash obama and the dems over the head with.

This is the multi-state lawsuit, the most important one imho. Now the states have even more reason to REJECT the rules and regs by HHS.

That right there will save Trillion$ from the budget as well as returning the $500 billion to Medicare!

Of course, don't look for insurance companies to lower premiums already raised in anticipation of Obamacare costs.
