I agree with some of the conservatives on here...which is rare. The parents are to blame here. The parents would have to know that this was going to be the inevitable outcome. They are making their 6 yr old a political football. This is just bad parenting.

I can use the women's locker room in Colorado? Cool. How is that going over?

No idea how it's going. If you are trans and the facility provides access to the public then yes you could.

So if I'm not I can be discriminated against?

P.S. I looked it up and I'm pretty sure the law doesn't say it that way.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you claiming that my interpretation is wrong? If so please go into more detail.

From what I read, gender specific rest rooms were banned in general. Makes no sense to me but that is what I read. Probably because of equal protection laws. You can't make it O.K. for one but not for others.

So I'm wondering what women in general think about men following them into the restrooms?

This thread has nothing to do with homosexuals. Pay attention.

Segregation is allowed but it is defined? by individual identification. So if you identify as a male you can't use the woman's restroom. But there's a loophole. No one can question you about your choice.

As far as what women think, I couldn't find anything in Colorado. There was an incident in Washington state but I don't know the from final resolution.

I'll check out the Colorado forum and start a thread if there isn't one.
