Do you really want all existing gun owners to form a well regulated militia? Didn't think so.

If you are part of a militia, who or what is regulating you?

it is really funny that democrats and even some republicans will make sure all grammer is proper in all the other amendments, but when it comes to the 2nd Amendment, they conviently forget the commas in the 2nd Amendment.

how hypocritical alot of people really are.

also i rarely capitalize anything on the forum, and spell check just does wont work for me on this forum for some odd reason, even the built in one.

it just goes to show how iliterate some people are when it comes to the Constitution.

And would you do me a favor and learn proper spelling? "Grammer" and "seperates" are not spelled correctly in your post. Also, you misused a comma, didn't capitalize the beginning words of your sentences, and you should write "two," not "2."

Yes, as detailed in the 10th Amendment. The states have no say over the 2nd Amendment.

the federal government also have no say on the 2nd Amendment either. that is why the "not infringed" is in the Amendment.

Yes I do. I also believe in CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. A state should not, and does not, have the power to disobey the Constitution. This is why the founding fathers had constitutional rights and left latitude for the states to enforce other laws. Certain rights are unalienable and protected to EVERY AMERICAN, regardless of where they live.

If one does not like certain state laws, they have the ability to move to another state. This is why people are leaving blue states and going to red states- more freedom and fewer taxes.

Do you feel as though a state has the right to limit free speech? How about voting rights for women? Slavery?
