Why do you continue spreading Rush's lies? He gets paid to lie & you're doing it free of charge. Demand that Rush either pay you to do his work, or look up the facts yourself.
The Bushmaster was in fact used to kill the children & six adults at the school. He used one of the handguns to do himself in & possibly in killing his mother.
You mean his source of misinformation? My guess would be he watched one of the YouTube clips out there mislabeled by progunners as a recent development that was actually from early that weekend of the shooting. The chief medical examiner has already confirmed that the students and teachers were shot with the rifle and not the handguns.
It wasn't reported probably because hammers have killed more people in the USA than the AR-15 Bushmaster. CNN just likes to "help" the news along when it isn't sensational enough (or gets in the way of it's agendas).
Yeah, I was watching some carpenters frame a house & they were using AR-15's to drive the nails.
The point is, initial reports were that a rifle was in the car, and pistols were used in the attack.
Stop detracting by Rush-hating. Stick to the subject.
What was the subject again? Seems like the OP was wrong, and that Rush made the mistake of using NBC as a source. I'm as pro-gun as they come, but promiting mis-information makes the pro-gun side as dumb as the anti-gunners.
Or how about using common sense... public records prove his mom owned an AR15... you think he took all her other guns to the school but left behind the preferred weapon of mass shooters?
"The primary weapon used in the attack was a "Bushmaster AR-15 assault-type weapon," said Connecticut State Police Lt. Paul Vance.
He was wrong.
