First of all Romney will not win. Second of all I find it absurd to think that "blacks" would riot if Obama lost. I don't really support Either candidate but I think this thread is absurd and downright offensive.
Dedicate an unpopulated island off Alaska for convicted rioters. Let them have the run of the island, and airlift food and supplies weekly. also retrieving those who have completed their sentences or have medical issues.
