I'd bet like Zimmermans' racial slur tape, this video is headed for FBI Quantico shortly. With their sophisticated equipment, they will be able to tell if anything about him is indicative of true injury.

My thinking is not faulty. A HUMAN life is of more value than all the property in the world..this is the basis of a civilized society...stuff comes and goes and is not worth anything in the end.

When you're treated the clean the blood and clean the wound to prevent infection. Isn't this common knowledge?
When you are treated, the wound is cleaned with saline solution... betadine if they carry it but only if they think they need it... sutures can be done on site if there are lacerations... preventing infection is not the role of EMS, it is to clean the wound only and do minor (sometimes major) procedures... its common knowledge that what the EMS does, does not mean you can see everything on a low resolution camera...

Now you know what every EMT does in every situation in America... congratulations, you just made yourself look real smart... Have you ever used Betadine? Its not dark orange stain... it is easily cleaned... after cleaning it tends to be a light yellow stain and on someone with darker skin, it would be hard to tell... have you seen betadine on a low resolution camera on a person with darker skin? Have you ever shot someone in the chest at close range? Do you know the splatter pattern from a low velocity pistol versus a high velocity rifle? Yet you claim to know all this and post it because... well it makes good argument against what you just said...
Betadine is really hard to get off and it is dark until you really scrub it than it will fade but still be there.

The shooter did not mention that he had been attacked physically by the boy...so you can forget this defence.
