Yeah, that's what I want to know.

Why no Ron Paul listed with his "crazy foreign policy"?

1. US Army $24,503
2. US Air Force $23,335
3. US Navy $17,432

Post #7? As much as y'all have made these contributions a center piece for arguments, the last thing I would expect is for y'all to be asking this question. In fact look at the post above mine and question again... how is that possible?

No surprise that government workers are donating to the big government candidate. Wouldn't want to vote yourself out of that cushy government job now would we.

Just like our volunteers for defending the country are donating for "big military" Ron Paul.

They will be voting themselves out of a job and into a bleak job market.

I guess you could throw all those people together and call it the Department of Defense.

Paul does have a very crazy foreign policy which turns me against him immediately.

I was wrong about assuming a consistency in logic.

So DoS employees are contributing big to Obama's campaign. But why is the State Department the only Government Agency on the list? Why not Health and Human Services? You would think the Department of Education, the Department of Energy and, ahh,ahh whatever that third one was would be contributing more to his campaign since if he loses there's a chance his Republican successor could shut them down or cut their staffing levels?

It's just an oddity to me. Like there has got to be more to the story.
