It's about time the Wisconsin republican legislature got a chance to feel a little of the wrath of the working folks. Vote 'em all out, Wisconsin! We're with you all the way!
How is it being petty to exclude those who don't support the reason you're having a parade? I think it's a great idea. A better one would be to include them but put a banner of "Hypocrites" on the car they use to wave to the crowds.
yes it's petty but the absolute viciousness at which this fight became...from both sides...you knew it would come to this. From the article it only sounds like they are not going to allow the representative to march in the parade and/or have a float. He can still show up if he wants. Is it better to have him march and be booed for the length of the parade?

Maybe on that same day corporations can have celebrations where Republicans would be welcomed with open arms.
They could have brown nosing events to see which Republicans' nose gets the most brown.

For all who are non-readers of links and those who read only those words they want to see I think I will offer these words that came from the end of the first paragraph. The parade is organized by 30 local unions.
Now what kind of an idiot would think that those groups would organize something that would include Republicans. After all, it was that horrible group of people who passed the law to save the destruction of the Wisconsin economy that was being caused by what public employee unions had been allowed to do.
