Barack Obama makes Jimmy Carter look like Albert Einstein. (And I was certain that no one would ever dislodge Mr. Peanut from his place as the worst President in my lifetime.)

Go ahead, Barry: Blame the downgrade on Bush and those darn, eevull Republicans. You blame anyone and everyone but yourself for your every failure, much as one would well expect from weak and feckless leader. After we rid ourselves of you, you and Jimmuh can buy yourselves a convertible and do a 'Thelma and Louise' remake.

We'll not see the back of you soon enough.

I'm waiting for the roadside signs of "Miss me yet?"

Heaven knows W had his problems, but at least he loved this country for what it is. Barry only sees America as a laboratory for experimentation with discredited social and economic ideas long proven useless. I'd wish he'd resign after a gargantuan failure like this, but three words prevent me from saying it: "President Joe Biden". [The Horror!]

So, you actually prefer the idea of seeing the world as an opportunity for insanely expensive failed nation-building projects of no benefit to the US?

Why would he resign when his aspirations for becoming the President in the first place are coming to fruition? His mission has been to "change" your country from the powerful, bellicose braggert ruling the block, to the meek, submissive, walk around with your head bowed guy that gets sand kicked on him at the beach.

His travels around the globe apologizing for perceived past transgressions should have spoken volumes about his intent.

Yes, that's why he has perpetuated the two wars we were in prior to his inauguration and gotten us involved in a third. Nothing says submission like troop surges, drone strikes, and targeted assassinations. His rhetoric of change is just that, nothing more. Your perception of his aspirations is hilariously delusional.

I'd say it's harder to call Iraq a 'failure' than Afghanistan. Bush's main failure is that he didn't find the money to pay for those wars, either by raising taxes (bad idea IMO) or by cutting spending elsewhere. He also never once vetoed a single spending bill sent to him for his signature.

Do you support Obama's involving us in Libya?

I don't recall any mission being cancelled due to "not enough money".

In other words, Obama is continuing The Bush Doctrine vis a` vis foreign policy?
