I'm still waiting for the Michael Moore/Charlie Sheen conspiracy tour.

I think he nailed it, this was from 09' and was spot on saying "If it's one union the republicans want to bust, it's the teachers union" which is exactly what has been going on as of late.
It's also lock step with point 11 of fascism,
"Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts
Fascist nations tend to promote and tolerate open hostility to higher education, and academia. It is not uncommon for professors and other academics to be censored or even arrested. Free expression in the arts is openly attacked, and governments often refuse to fund the arts."
Today's far right want to keep people uneducated as in previous fascist reigns.
People are no longer reading papers, getting all sides to a story, and making educated decisions, rather many just sit on their rear ends and let fox news tell them what to think. It's propaganda/fascism at it's finest.

To be quite fair there are many sub par teachers in the United States that are protected by tenure.

The majority of my teachers and professors were worthless and enfeebled. They were all protected by tenure and "Yes men".

It's the liberals that want to keep kids dumb and stupid. Obama and the teacher's union are against voucher programs.

I think that he is getting dumber and I agree that he does seem to be gaining a lot more weight. One thing I don't understand is that he has quite a bit of money. He can certainly afford to have a personal trainer and chef...yet I guess you couldn't attack the pharm companies or healthcare plans if you had to utilize them all the time.

I believe that as long as American's rely on crappy documentaries like his for their personal information that people will continue to get dumber. I think that there are some valid points in some of his documentaries but they are not balanced at all. If more people would actually read books they may be a lot smarter!

Michael Moore and Right can never been in the same sentence (unless I guess if he is right handed).

That was my first reaction, too. "Michael Moore", "Right". Those two words just don't go together.

We aren't getting dumber, just less patient and more distracted.
