The rant against robosexuals came during Robert Broadus' testimony against the gay-marriage legislation currently before Maryland legislature. "If you pass this bill, you will set the groundwork, that one day when artificial intelligence is that advanced, we will be considering whether or not people can marry their androids.

If the robot irritates me enough that I rip its head off, will I still be charged with murder (or something like it)? If no, it may just be worth it! I always wanted to do Seven of Nine!

A gay individual can marry a person of the opposite sex just as a hetero person can. No discrimination in that at all. The law applies equally to everyone an no group gets preferential treatment.

When you marry the robot is it eligible for health insurance, or does it get an extended warranty?

That argument was dumb the first time people on here made it, and it hasn't improved with time. If you'll note, you don't see anyone on the right in government make it, because they recognize that it doesn't make sense, that it's trying to evade the issue with semantics, and that people would laugh at them if they tried to make it. Exactly. Homosexuals can get married just like everyone else. Understanding the definition of marriage.

Interesting that the OP continues to post all these gay-themed threads with the same results.
