hmmm...i am without a basis of information on my opinion, but i interpret this, especially "Gainey declined to go into detail on his administration’s All In Citywide approach" as meaning there is a tax coming down the pipe, or some spending that will require additional taxation.

mark my words on this. hope im wrong. (and no, its not like i dont give a **** about the violence, harm and murder going on.....but we are already regressively taxed too much.)

Why would you possibly think it has anything to do with raising taxes?
