Thanks, Paul. I didn't know about Matteo's. I'll have to try it. And don't forget San Lorenzo at 44th and Butler.

For those who haven't been following Hopes' car shampoo thread, I just learned yesterday that Cinco has closed permanently. Happened sometime in the past week w/o notice. I am in mourning.

I went there a couple of Mondays ago, only to find the place closed. Yet that source of many crapulent things half a mile down the road, Bob's Diner, was doing a thriving business.

Cincinnati-based Graeter's Ice Cream is eyeing expansion into Pittsburgh. Their french pot style ice cream is currently available at Giant Eagle... but the company wants to open scoop shops to further enhance its brand presence.

Has anybody been to Curry Leaf Indian Bistro on Smithfield? I keep calling their phone number, and nobody answers. Did they shut down already?

It's too bad they won't have a Cleveland hot dog... not sure what one would be... but it would certainly have Stadium Mustard.

Also at the suite level is a new AFC North-themed Mini Hot Dog Sampler, featuring three short grilled dogs representing the Steelers (grilled kielbasa, bacon-caramelized onion kraut, whole grain mustard), the Ravens (Old Bay crab dip and diced tomato), and Cincinnati (Skyline Chili, cheddar, onion).

...

The team is being coy about pricing, and about why they didn't bother including a Cleveland-themed hot dog in their AFC North Football City Mini-Hot Dog Sampler.

Really doesnt matter if they post the price. People will pay it.

Cleveland is still insignificant and not famous for much...except for Lebron and Manziel at the moment.

Chicago dogs are my fave.....Vienna beef, poppyseed bun, sport peppers, tomatoes, onions, mustard, green relish, and celery salt. Is that correct? I just know they're good.
