Exactly, we need days like this to break up the monotony. I love the clean damp air!

Very well-stated.

Just because it's Phoenix doesn't mean it has to be dry and hot all the time.

This weather is a nice break especially after a long hot summer.

Default Joints!

Dry heat is better than humidity in terms of your joints as you age.

I'd argue that warm weather is better than cold weather for your joints, and I don't mean the joints some people smoke.

Hot dry weather can be devastating on cars.

For me the warm weather is much better for my joints especially my knees. Every winter starting in November my knees would ache once the weather got cold and since moving here I rarely have any knee pain.

Salt will destroy a car much faster than warm weather. The cold will kill your battery and don't get me started on the hundreds of potholes.

When you have home prices in Denver metro rising this quickly, up 9.3%, year after year, dealing with snow and cold, poor road and freeway infrastructure, potholes, the Phoenix area looks more attractive. In 4 years, the median home price sold by $128,125, if the trend continues, it could hit over $515k by 2020.

Record Home Prices set in March, REcolorado reports

The heat kills battery's faster, especially in dry climates. The heat, sun, and dryness absolutely reeks havoc on paint jobs. On the plus side we dont get rust, but the sun fades, blisters, and peels paint here. Both rust and said paint destruction are equally ugly IMO.

The pickup I had for 11 years would go through a battery every 2 years. I never once had to pay for a replacement due to them always being under warranty. My truck also would not fit in my garage so it was kept outside 24/7 and had a black paint job. When I sold it it only had minor oxidation on the roof. Proper maintenance, waxing & sealing will combat all issues as far as sun fading is concerned.

Exactly! Most people here seem to think exterior car maintenance is just a suggestion. Of course if you never wax or clean a car it's going to look like he// in a place with 300+ sunny days a year.
