Are there any bad neighbourhoods in Goodyear or neighbourhoods that one should avoid when looking for a house? Which ones are the best ones? Thanks!

SE of the intersection of Litchfield and Van Buren. It's the "old" Goodyear, not necessarily bad, but you have to take a look to decide. The rest of the city was built in the last 0-10 or so years and is all OK. Best is Estrella and areas like Palm Valley north of I-10. Canyon Trails south of I10 is nice too and not as pricey. But there are no truly "bad" parts.

For once, I fully agree with Ponderosa. Goodyear is a great town.

"Are there any bad neighbourhoods in Goodyear or neighbourhoods that one should avoid when looking for a house?"

South of I-10 east of the Goodyear airport (think Litchfield Rd south of the interstate). That area is called "Historic Goodyear".

"Which ones are the best ones?"

Estrella.
Really, though, if you are north of the freeway or south of the freeway and west of the airport, all the neighborhoods are good.
