5-5:30am for both. 6am on the days my husband doesn't work (we live in a small house and he always wakes them getting ready for work).
That's a really good stretch. I'd like for similar for my kid, but with a later wake time. She goes down easy at 10 pm (11 weeks on sat), which is fine if she wants to keep it that way. Although, I like the sound of mom and dad time! That's not in the cards for us in the foreseeable future.

Sorry I do fib a little bit- the 8 month old does not go from 7pm-5am straight (oooh that would be lovely), he does 6pm-5am and a nursing every 2 hours (which isn't too bad).
10pm is normal for 11 weeks, my 1st was like this too. I think it's part of a summer baby, I dunno, he never seemed to drift before 9pm until 4 months and then suddenly wham, it was 6-7pm (6 most nights). The 2nd, I just got lucky with.
11 weeks is still so young, but 4-5 months things start to really improve. Hang in there!!!

Every two hours through out the night?

I think you're right. She doesn't like to really sleep before the sun down.

I'm a little concerned that she might end up doing an early to bed/early to rise routine. I guess we'll just have to deal if that's how it goes. My husband will be caring for her in the morning and he usually gets home pretty late and to bed late. Right now she can sleep 6 hours. If I can get her to sleep at 9-10pm, feed at 4-5am, then back to bed and up at 8-9am it would be ideal.
Oo I wouldn't say 4-5 months is when things start to improve - 4 month sleep regression remember! Normally starts to improve after about 6 months (or 2 and a half years in my case hehe)
Sorry, I just mean at 4 months is when they start to adapt more to a day-night routine rather than the nocturnal behaviour of the womb. My kids both slept terribly at 4 months, but at least they were starting to resemble some sort of night/day.
I cannot believe families that have no set bed time for kids, and no bed time routine. The kids run around doing whatever, until they drop, in front of the TV. No story time, bath time, crazy.

I don't have a set bedtime for my daughter, or much of a bedtime routine but she doesn't fall asleep in front of the TV (don't even have one). She goes to bed when she's tired which varies because she doesn't always wake at the same time. It would be nice to have her go to bed at the same time every night but impossible in our situation and I also wouldn't want to force her to go to bed when she's not tired as it just makes it more stressful for everyone.
