It just seems so to me. How can a man with a profession , college degree from prestigious university, job making enough money for his wife not to have to work, a house with a guest house, 2 or 3 therapists, etc, have so little common sense and life experience to have no clue about how to talk to his wife and son? Just seems so far fetched to me.
Yeah, if it's true, it kind of makes me wonder who raised him to be a man.
Given that the OPs not given an update in a few days, I suspect that this was all a bunch of trolling or that the OP can no longer face the truth and the advice he is receiving here.
Honestly, I can suspend disbelief a bit. I've known men like the OP who are "book smart" but know very little about human interaction.
I hope he does come back and at least give us one final update. You would think that's the least he could do since so many here have taken his problems to heart and truly tried to listen and help.

I am wondering too. I hope he comes back to fill us in, or at least tell us how the book ends. I find it unbelievable, but at the same time, not much surprises me these days.

Well either the story was bull, or Irish's wife discovered his forum and he is now chained in the basement with a rag shoved in his mouth
Maybe his wife went to two (wow!) therapy sessions and he decided to "reward her" by taking her on a week long vacation to Paris. He is probably too busy taking her to expensive restaurants, and buying her expensive jewelry and flowers every day to get on-line.
