Illegals? Refuse further service and pay!
You have the right to request prompt, curtious service by english speaking workers...........there are plenty of them.

Ok ... So I got up early this morning because the Verizon phone technician was scheduled to fix my land line between 8am-12pm. He comes and finishes by 10:30 and he made sure that I tested the dial tone and had me make a phone call to ensure it was working. Everything was good. The management company had a technician come and replace my wall heater as well. I come home from a stressful day at work grateful that now I have a working heater and working land line. I just tried making a phone call and what do I hear? STATIC! At least I'm able to get another appointment tomorrow but GOSH! I so wanted to sleep in tomorrow and not have to worry about waiting for a technician again! I just wanted to call my friend up and chat with her but I can't use my freakin' land line! I just wanna cry!

Just an update ... The Verizon dude came this morning during the portion of the window that I asked for and seemed to have done a more thorough job than yesterday's dude. I'm happy to report that my landline is back in service and Chatteress can now chat madly again
