I can’t believe that at over a million dollars a mile for freeway construction designed to be the safest highway systems possible that today while trying to return home from an outing, I was able to enter the freeway only to find that it was nearly stopped in the west bound lanes and had to exit one mile down the road and get off onto surface streets. Yes,, a million dollar a mile highway system that is nothing more than a long narrow parking lot.

It took me longer to drive that one mile of freeway then it did to drive the busy surface streets for another 12 miles to get home.

Proof that highways suck when stupid drivers cause traffic delays and tie-ups because of dumb mistakes behind the wheel. If I could only text this message to that other driver up ahead to let him know that things aren’t moving back here due to his mistakes and errors on his part. “SEND” lol

Yup! While wifey is distracted, I'd find a nice dress, go to the dressing room, try it on, come out, look for my wife, and say: Hey Honey! $29.95! I'm buying it! It'll be a lot more comfy to wear than these stiff jeans!

Oh my God I just had a sneeze that wasn't so much a sneeze as an explosion. A very wet sticky explosion. Eeeck.

Well shortly after that sneeze I got thrashed by a stomach bug that hit like a bolt of lightning. Off solid food and in bed all day for me (or on the toilet). Feel TERRIBLE. Everything stings and aches too.

I have a good subject for venting... the high price of TV and the limited choices u get from cable. I would give TV up in a minute, but... well... Lemme put it this way I might if they keep raising the cable prices and the programming continues to decline. Today on the life movie they have some sick movies about incest and rape. Excuse me, but that is not entertaining I don't want to pay for that type of gross movies.

I wonder about the moral decline and the consequences. I could vent more but I will spare yall

Vent all you want SQ I am having the same issues. I don't go to movies, no bars, I am a homebody when I am not at work and I enjoy my tv but at this rate cable is really beginning to go downhill and uphill on prices. I have expanded cable and I simply refuse to pay for anymore than that.

I hear ya on the moral decline.

I'm nobody's bible thumper, but I swear, a whole lot of garbage on TV. I blame all the dumb ass reality shows for half of it.

That is why we gave up satellite TV and put an antenna up. We get about 40 channels and I don't have to pay a dime.

My tipping point was when they started running infomercials on channels like Food Network etc. Always in the middle of the night turned into starting at 10-11pm which now runs over until 9-10am.

U and I must have the same cable company... I expanded seems like they offer a deal and then before u know it they hike up the rates. Before I caught on to what was going I was paying more than $200 a month- for crap-ola and porn on the movie channel. Now I could see if I subscribed to the playboy channel but I didn't. I would go to sleep watching a movie and wake up to something I didn't know came on the regular channels. I have kids. God only knows what they have seen on cable. I tapered down no premium channels and I am still paying around $130, but it includes my internet. I am still dissatisfied. There r too many commercials, reprobate inspired movies and weirdo peddlers.
