Greetings, Peevers! I am sorry to be so tardy, but I completely forgot that it was my turn to post the peeve. Jezer was kind enough to IM me from Italy with a reminder. And that leads us to today's peeve:

My memory isn't as good as it used to be.

Neither is mine... Certainly a common and widespread problem. Thanks Bay!

sadly, mine either.

When I get on the computer, I check the weather and the day of the week.

I leave notes on my calender, which I sometimes forget to look at.

I make a point of remembering which aisle I parked my car in. (Some wonderful places actually label their aisles, which I realize as I'm leaving the store I should have looked at before going into the store.)

There's some consolation that I still remember my name.

Jezer is in Italy. I am jealous!

Hmm.... how in the heck does someone seeing the sites of Italy remember who should be posting the peeve of the day? I want his memory.

I got plenty of Memory and it's working well.... The HP computer I'm on right now has 8 GB of memory, as does another HP with Windows 7, my Windows 8.1 computer has 12 GB, another HP Windows 7 computer has 32 GB.. my HP Windows 7 laptop has 4 GB, and my HP Linux laptop also has 4 GB... so that's a total memory of... Hmmm... I forgot..

I seem to forget the list of needed supplies when going to the store. Almost. Every. Time.

Then, I'm standing in aisle six looking stupid, trying to reconstruct the list in my head.

A more scary scenario was when I did not turn off a burner on the stove a couple of weeks ago. Didn't like that one at all!

That's why I don't keep a list.. Whenever I go to the grocery store, I can remember what I need by walking down every aisle in the store and I get reminded.. by looking at the items.. so I get plenty of exercise while shopping..
