Yeah, I was arrested for not doing that several times when I lived in Chicago.

You sure wouldn't know it. The only place worse for a driver is Mexico City, IMO. That's why I don't drive in NYC. Cab or subway for me.

It depends on how I slept... When I get up in the morning sometimes I feel good and sometimes I could spit nails. Coffee does help I get very pleasant after a good strong cup.
