Good morning....

Today's Question(s):
What would be the reason you might of been heard saying
What the heck was I thinking, when I __.
....

on the flip side

Well, that was the best idea I have had in a long time !!

Bonus Question:
If you have Computer " issues".....
Do you....... Bang your head on the computer.....or
"Fix it yourself ?" Tried......
I don't think anyone in my neighborhood of "Calling a friend or family member ?" would of work with the issues I was having.
And
"Turning it off, then back on, hoping the problem goes away ?" I wish this would of solved the problem and could of done this......BUT, and had no answers other than my computer had crashed and had to "Call in the experts ?" The geek guys to fix it!!

Extra Credit Question:
What is the "dustiest" place in your home right now ? The entire house.....is!!

Today is:
Eat a Peach Day.....................Yummm, love peaches!
National Punctuation Day........HELP, I'm awful w/my punctuations! Can I use the excuse...I have a lot of senior moments!!
National Tooth Fairy Day.........I really think I'm to old to be on her list any more... !! I sure miss those .50 cent pieces under my pillow..

<goes outside to kick the gravel in the driveway>

<shouts back inside> It's not NICE to treat addicts this way, ya know!

<shouts in again> I'm gonna check the TOS and see if there's anything in there against getting people dependent on certain threads in the first place! So there! <scowls, pouts, looks and feels desperate>

OK, I take back all the mean things I said about you, Karla...

What would be the reason you might of been heard saying What the heck was I thinking, when I thought I could make it two laps in a row using all my new swimming techniques - man, that's a workout - especially when you're half scared and don't know how to swim AND breathe at the same time LOL

on the flip side Well, that was the best idea I have had in a long time !! Actually taking swimming lessons!
If you have Computer " issues"

Do you
Fix it yourself ? used to be this but sometimes i'm lazy and...
Call a friend or family member ? have my husband deal with it
Turn it off, then back on, hoping the problem goes away ? this actually works more times than not!
Call in the experts ?

What is the "dustiest" place in your home right now ? The competition isn't in the finals yet - will let you know in a few weeks.

Today in History:

1864 - International Red Cross forms
1865 - William Sheppard of New York City patented liquid soap
1902 - President Teddy Roosevelt became 1st U.S. chief executive to ride in a car he also let his kid ride a pony into the white house!
1906 - The Victor Talking Machine Company of Camden, New Jersey began to manufacture the Victrola (record player). The hand-cranked unit, with horn cabinet, sold for $200. Records sold separately.
1984 - Last Volkswagen Rabbit produced

Word of the Day:
animadversion\an-uh-mad-VER-zhun\ • noun oh yeah? keep it to yourself!
1 : a critical and usually censorious remark -- often used with "on"
2 : adverse criticism

Today is:
