This kind of ties in.....I hate when I'm on a cellphone call ( and answer it) and the person standing in front of you keeps on with the conversation

Seems like some people just have a knack for talking at the very times you want to read, watch a TV show, listen to the radio, etc.

Bummer about the prediction of rain for Wedding Day, Jezer. That bites!

As for the peeve, I know someone who does that. I can be deeply engrossed in reading or writing something, and this twit will stand near me and blab away. You'd think it would be a hint when I don't even look up at her that she should choose another time to gab. (I do acknowledge her and say hello when she first approaches, but then I go back to whatever it is I'm trying to concentrate on.)

That really bothers me alot, actually. If I am really engrossed in what I am doing, I probably lose quite a bit of what is said to me. Why don't people just say "Do you mind if I interrupt you for a moment?" After a long and busy day, where people talk, talk, talk (especially if they are very loud)..I really appreciate my quiet time. Good peeve, Jezer!!

But.. some pets do talk, dogs say "Arf Arf", cats say "Meaow", and some birds, like Parrots, can even repeat everything you say...

The only time I have to deal with talkers these days is when I am out and about socializing.

Life is good.
