Not like Dayton's Air Force Museum, nightlife, or JOB OPPORTUNITIES.
The only thing that helps Dayton is its proximity to Cincinnati. And for that matter, Toledo is just as close to Detroit, which offers many cultural amenities. Nightlife in Dayton? Please. Yes, Toledo offers a good zoo and art museum.

I'm really not trying to bash Dayton, but I'm calling it as I see it -- the question was about the biggest dump in Ohio. Aesthetically, Toledo appears in better shape than Dayton. No doubt Toledo struggles economically, though.

What kind of "better lifestyle" is way more attainable in Dayton, that is denied to Toledoans?

Jobs support a better lifestyle for those who have that particular job. I have a job already here in NW Ohio. Therefore, what does Dayton have to provide me, that would make my lifestyle better there?

definitely Portsmouth, Ohio. lived there for a year and it is truly horrible. too bad because the shawnee state forest is gorgeous but the people of portsmouth simply ruin the area. it has everything you would expect in the biggest dump; high crime, no jobs, pill mills and drugs in excess. illiteracy, obesity, poor hygiene, non-existant work ethic, nothing but cheap fast food restaurants and a walmart. the schools are gorgeous which is ironic considering the crime rate and the illteracy rate.

Oh, look, it's ram. LOL I love how you pay so much attention to Ohio. When was the last time I checked the Michigan sub-forum? You're just like all the other Michiganders, invading Ohio. If you're not going to our theme parks, you're moving here.

Nelsonville, Ohio. It's a total opposite of neighboring Athens.
