Paul wrote: What Has Happened to This Sub-Forum and new off topic thread

At best, I've been only an occassional contibutor on the NEPA forum. I'm still active elsewhere on City-data but not at the same level I was a few years ago. At least on the forums and sub-forums that I regularly visit, it seems that activity in general is down. Perhaps newcomers are actually using the search function now and the need for new threads has lessened. Also, perhaps most of the truly relevant informationn has already been posted and there's nothing new under the sun that needs to be said. If my own reputation is even a remotely close measure of the value I contribute, then I no longer have anything worthy to say, because I can go day after day without getting a bump. But these are just guesses in the dark on my behalf.

My candidate wasn't necessarily obscene or threatening, just dam* annoying. I'm not proud of having resorted to the ignore feature, but at my age, I have the right to do what is best for me as long as I don't cause anyone else harm.

Obviously, it wasn't you, go phillies, LOL

The off topic thread has never been closed. I found it a couple of days ago and popped it back up - https://www.city-data.com/forum/north...ad-family.html
